JobElephant makes recruiting easier – not harder.

In addition to the free unlimited postings to these sites, departments can work with JobElephant to place targeted advertisements. If your department is interested in placing additional advertisements in specific publications, it is easy with these simple steps:

1. After a job opening is live on AU Job Opening site, you may request additional targeted advertising by working with your HR Business Partner/HR Business Specialist OR emailing your JobElephant Account Manager (listed below). Your Account Manager will send a list of suggested advertising sites along with the cost associated.  AU departments must provide approval via email to move forward with the process.
2. JobElephant will reply with 24 hours with a prepared ad proof along with aquote sheet that includes prices, run times and any additional information on this order.
3.  Departments respond via email, informing JobElephant account manager of the ad placement choices.  Upon email approval, JobElephant will submit all the ads to the publication vendors within hours for processing.
4.  JobElephant will email an invoice to the department contact unless a different billing contact is requested. Remember, if you determine you will use your AUPurchase Card, this first will need to be approved by the Supply Management Division.
5. AU department contacts will automatically receive a login and password to access JobElephant’s cPortal to access tear sheets (proof of publication) online.
