Assistant Professor of Psychology in Developmental or Child Clinical Science


The Department of Psychology and the William J. Shaw Center for Children and Families at the University of Notre Dame invites applications for a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor in Developmental or Child Clinical Science.The William J. Shaw Center for Children and Families is an integrated research and clinical services center dedicated to the advancement and well-being of children and families. Research at the Shaw Center addresses themes of adversity, well-being, and family relationships. The translation of science into practice by developing and evaluating evidence-based prevention and intervention programs, and the provision of evidence-based clinical services are emphasized. Scholars whose research will contribute to these themes and who have backgrounds in developmental psychopathology are particularly attractive.The successful applicantwill be expected to generate a high quality research program with potential for external funding, to supervise doctoral research, and to teach at the graduate and undergraduate levels.
